- We read your actual bill and usage, not averages
- Exact fixes, ranked by saving and effort
- We can apply them for you, without downtime

How we estimate
| If this is not in place | Applies to | Typical saving |
|---|---|---|
| Commitment discount for always-on servers | servers | 15–24% |
| Right-sizing | servers | 10–20% |
| Dev and test off out of hours | servers | 6–12% |
| Clean up disks, snapshots, IPs | whole bill | 2–5% |
| Cheaper storage tiers | whole bill | 3–6% |
| NAT and data transfer | whole bill | 1–3% |
| Log retention | whole bill | 1–2% |
| Budgets and alerts | risk only | — |
“Not sure” counts as half. Server savings are applied one after another so they don’t double-count. We assume servers are about 60% of the bill and cap the total at 40%.
Questions people ask
How accurate is the estimate?
It is a range based on typical results when each fix is applied, assuming about 60% of the bill is servers. Your real saving depends on your mix of services. A free review with your actual bill gives the exact number.
Do you need access to our account?
Not for this tool. For the free review we ask for read-only billing access, or an exported bill, so we can see real usage.
Why is the total capped at 40%?
To stay realistic. Very large savings do happen, but only after looking at the actual bill.
